Backed by more than 3 years of proven hands-on experience in sheet metal installation and a solid academic background, I am capable of efficiently leading small-to-medium new construction projects from start to finish — from initial floor layout and material takeoff to crew management, progress tracking, duct pressure testing, and equipment placement.

With solid experience in commercial retrofit projects across the U.S., I am well versed in every phase of equipment change-outs, from pre-installation site assessments and material sourcing to equipment installation, crane signaling, start-up reporting, and final system commissioning with support from the energy management system hotline when needed.

I am well versed in the inspections associated with commercial HVAC change-outs, including mechanical, building, and final inspections. This experience has given me a solid understanding of the required paperwork, county code compliance, and site preparation. While working for Helios Service Partners, I participated in more than 50 inspections of this kind.
