Backed by more than 3 years of proven hands-on experience in sheet metal installation and a solid academic background in Commercial HVAC, I am capable of efficiently leading small-to-medium new construction projects from start to finish — from initial floor layout and material takeoff to crew management, progress tracking, duct pressure testing, and equipment placement and start up.

With solid experience in commercial retrofit projects across the U.S., I am well versed in every phase of equipment change-outs, from pre-installation site assessments and material sourcing to equipment installation, crane signaling, start-up reporting, and final system commissioning with support from the energy management system hotline when needed.

I am well versed in the inspections associated with commercial HVAC change-outs, including mechanical, building, and final inspections. This experience has given me a solid understanding of the required paperwork, county code compliance, and site preparation. While working for Helios Service Partners, I participated in more than 50 inspections of this kind.

I make active use of digital tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support day-to-day operations. I am familiar with the business value of platforms such as SamPro, CompanyCam, or the Microsoft Office Suite, and that explains why I'm comfortable creating PDF reports, preparing presentations on MS PowerPoint, managing schedules en MS Teams, or drafting professional email communication. Additionally, I hold a certification in typography.
